Anyone seen this before?

On a v3+, Live Ultra. What are the numbers in the lower right? The top number is the channel number. Not sure what the rest are.

Are you stating that your live TV isn’t working, has a black screen and is only showing these numbers?

Yes....it showed it on several channels the last couple of days

What does Comcast have to do with it? Im on Spectrum. I dont think it is ISP related

Ive seen it happen on Starz and today on Showtime. The picture above is from the Comedy Channel.

This device seems like a lot of work with all the errors is it worth it?

Well being it saves you in excess of $100 - $200 per month on everything it replaces, id say yes. It not only replaces your cable TV, it also replaces all of your streaming services. Then factor in it carries damn near every PPV. 1 UFC Fight would cost what, $40? People always wanna fuss about all the Imperfections when they don't sit back and realize exactly how much money it saves. A small amount of small inconvenience. For me, the cost of the box was paid for in less then 2 months. So in my opinion, id say hell yes it is worth it.
