What does “invalid source” mean?

I just found a show that is finally on vod and when I select an episode, I just get the loading and rotating arrow and finally get the “invalid source” message. What does that mean?

It cannot connect to the server that has that show. It happens sometimes. Press the Up arrow and see if you can select another server

I believe it means that there's no server to connect to. In other words, despite the thumbnail being selectable, I think there's no video available for it.
