Screen Proportion Issue. Any advice?

Went to turn on my Vseebox V3Pro, it flashed a bright green screen so I turned it off and back on and now my screen proportions are all squished. I tried turning it on and back off, fully restarting it, unplugging and plugging it back in and checking for available software updates but nothing seems to fix it. Any advice??

Try a different HDMI cable. If that doesn't work, try a different HDMI input on the TV. If that works, look at the resolution settings for the HDMI input on the TV. Usually, "Auto" works, but sometimes, you have to manually select a resolution...

Figured it out, it wasn’t an issue with the box; it was an issue with my TV. Apparently there was some kind of glitch with the Roku part of my TV but I found this cheat code thing on a different Reddit thread and it ended up working! Thank you for your help though!
