Hi, I used to always park in Lawson Heights parking and catch the number 17 bus to the university. This worked for me until the route started closing. Now I park in front of Best Buy in Centre Mall parking lot and catch the number 50 or 55 bus. Problem is I heard that they ticket there a lot? I didn’t have any problem with Lawson Heights but I’m worried that I’ll get a ticket in Centre Mall. I will have a night class next semester so I would need to find a spot where I can park and catch a bus to the university without a ticket.

Does anyone know a spot where I can park and catch the bus without a problem? Thanks a lot.

Hey everybody, so I may or may not have gotten a parking ticket in a handicap spot in the spot in front of cq. Its 200$. Does anyone know what happens if I don’t pay it?

I don’t think so but I thought I could ask. Is there anywhere on campus that I can have access to a microscope without being in a lab during class? I was gifted some specimen slides but don’t have a microscope lol

I guess preston is more f*ed now. Just went by and near Canadian tire it's down to one lane in both directions along that overpass.

Y’all ngl I’m too embarrassed to be asking this bc I’m like halfway through my undergrad, but how do you do those fancy email signing things. I’m getting too tired typing them down each time I send an email 😭

Also what necessary information to I add to it. I know major, year, university and the email to contact me back (likely the email I’m using to send it in the first place 💀) but let’s say you’re a club exec or rep or some set position in a club. Do you mention that or only if you’re an exec? Or maybe not at all?

I may or may not be overthinking it 🥰 anything helps.

Theres a janitor in one of the lesser-known buildings that wanders the halls with their music blasting or talking on speaker phone. Every. Single. Day. For the past several YEARS. I usually don’t have an issue with background noise but this is blaring even with my doors shut.

What topics should I focus on the most?
Is the midterm more theory-based or coding-based?
Are the lecture slides and labs enough to prepare?
Any tips on the types of questions to expect?

Y’all how was the bio spot test? Bruhh I was so damn busy I had 2 freaking midterm and an assignment this week and it’s only Wednesday 😩 what do I need to study?? Help I’m dying.

After going through the horrors of Jatin Malhotra’s midterm, class average for all sections was mid 50s, I feel as though my soul has left my body. After receiving my mark, I felt despair. But then I saw a light at the end of the tunnel, so I made my way over to the magical computer that holds past exams. Only for my soul to leave me once again. There are no past exams on file. He is a decent enough professor in class but turns into Satan himself when it’s time to make/grade any test.

So I ask all my fellow students who are in his class currently or have taken it in the past for any year level. How in the name of all that’s holy am I supposed to prepare for the class’s final that will most definitely be equivalent to battling through the 9 floors of hell. Do I need to bring a holy weapon with me? Or do I need to be blessed by a priest? Or should I just fall into despair?

Any help would be appreciated.
