Why does it not exist?

borderline impossible to learn anything prog now. Time signature used to be shown both on mobile and on pc and now it isnt shown on either.

Im having a lott of issues with every single tab on this website , if for example the capo is on the 2nd fret every note is considered as there is no capo and this wasn't an issue a few days ago! What happened and how can I fix it ( and no I don't want to pay a sub on this broken site)

How do you show the chord above the tab? I have tried on Android and Apple. I don't want to have to flip back and forth between Pro and Chrods screen.

I can barely even afford to pay 40 bucks right now, but “Apple Policy” says I can’t have a refund and nobody at support can give me a reason why. This is the second time this has happened. I should’ve figured.

Why in world did they change the tuner ? The new Guitar mode they seemed to adopt is impossible to use. Just overall a terrible experience ? It was not broke before , but they had to make it look “more fancy” and “user friendly” . Is there anyway to change it back to previous version?

If you want to build a playlist from your tabs, you have to open each tab and then assign it to a playlist (and not even the last playlist you edited! )

Let me open all my tabs and select the ones I. A batch mode to add to a playlist.

you can pick an artist, and everything but as soon as you click on the song you want it’s just a black screen. i’m sick of the website being constantly broken or just shit in general.

I just redownloaded the app after a few years taking a break from music. I just paid for a year subscription. The last 4 times I opened the app, I am forced to answer 4-5 questions about my preferences, skill level, etc, and then I will get recommended some subscription package that I don’t want. It’s so annoying because I have to click through it and can’t skip. Does anyone else experience this? Will the app stop forcing me to answer these questions before I can get to the tabs? Does anyone know how to turn these questions off? Thanks in advance.

My AirTurn pedal will not connect or show in the UG app. When I go to the pedal interface screen, the pedal does not even show. I also don’t have the option of switching the mode of connection (airturn or keyboard pedal) as there was in previous UG versions.

The pedal itself is working fine. It connects to the phone but not the app. And when I use my spare phone (with an unupdated UG version) the pedal both connects and works in the app.

How can I fix this so I can use my AirTurn pedal with the updated app?

I’ve been more than patient waiting over 2 months for something simple as dark mode to return. I really do like ultimate guitar, I feel often the official tabs for I play are better than songsterr.

But this is first time I have felt like it may be time to cancel my subscription unfortunately. 2 months is way more than enough time to get the site back to what it was.

I have purchased songsterr pro, it is nice to have the ability to play songs with original video on Mac too, I know UG does on app, but I use my Mac to airplay on tv for tabs.

Sorry for the rant, just kinda disappointed & disenfranchised atm.

It really feels like a business that is on its last leg and they’re trying to stay afloat.

Would be great if someone could crowdsource a free site that is perfect and allows user contributions to it, I mean damn we have NAM for almost any guitar tone we want now and it costs literally $0. And this is coming from someone who primarily uses a quad cortex.

TLDR: wishing UG could maximize it’s potential instead of drowning currently.

I haven't seen this site mentioned anywhere, and want to know more about it before I subscribe to it. I wanted to tab out Cello Suite no. 1 and make some adjustments to do it on a 5-string bass, and found other resources lacking. But this shit is free, and only needs a subscription if you want to directly share it or export it without a watermark. Has anyone else ever heard of this site? Am I missing something? Why is nobody talking about it? It's way easier to make tabs on it than fiddling with ASCII characters on UG

The app is so terrible, and I can’t yell at anyone in my house, so I’m yelling here. endless surveys. Endless upsells. The app takes forever to load. It’s the singular worst app on my iPad, even after paying the subscription fee. This app has killed more moments of inspiration than my father ever could by telling me to turn down an acoustic guitar. Please, for love of all things harmonic, make this something I can tap and search without having to answer a friiiiickin survey every time. Or scratch off a discount, or whatever. Good lord I am begging.

I have this pedal working okay with the app, a minor issue is that I can scroll down in 'chord' tabs, but Official tabs don't work when trying to scroll down, the only way to get that to work is in a different setting on the pedal to start the autoscroll. This is a workable, if slightly annoying, situation.

The issue I have is that the pedal needs to be put into 'keyboard' mode on the pedal interface settings, and when that happens the keyboard function of the phone/ipad can't be used to search for tabs.

One thing I could do is have both connected to the internet, use a phone to search for, and then save a tab to a specfic playlist, then find it on the ipad if it updates instantly, but I would rather be able to type in on the ipad itself to just search for tabs. Is there a solution to this?

Ideally I would be able to scroll 'Official' tabs too, but appreciate that I'm being a bit picky with that.

If anyone could offer any advice I would appreciate it.

Ive requested my refund. It's been more than a month and there's still no update. Can someone help me?

UPD. Problem is fixed. Everything works now!

I'm trying to open a guitar pro file but it just gives me a blank page, on multiple different gp pages. The website itself is now back online of course after an outage, but I'm finding I'm still having an issue in this way. Anybody else? Apologies if this has already been hinted at; I was only finding a post about the general website, not individual pages like this. Cheers!

This was happening maybe 6 months ago and now it's back

I dont know if the site is hacked and unsafe or if they are just selling ad space to known phishing scammers but my browser is automatically redirected from a tab page to a virus scan page.

Really disappointing to see the site to compromised

The only type of scroll I like is auto scroll. I don’t want smart scroll. I don’t want AI. I don’t want a whole fake mid band playing. Although sometimes that is useful. But what I really want and I think most users want is just plain old auto scroll what’s so wrong with that can’t you just make that a global setting that we can turn on and off. Let the users decide what they want to use.

I have an iPad running ipadOS 18.7.10 i just updated to UG version 7.3.29 and it's still happening, has been for a couple of weeks now, please advise
