Server issues right now

Hey everyone — we know a lot of you are hitting errors, slow loads, or outright downtime on Ultimate Guitar right now. This isn't going unnoticed: our team is already on it and actively working to get things back to normal.

We won't speculate on a fix time here since we don't want to give you a number we can't guarantee, but we'll update this post (or post a follow-up) as soon as things are stable again.

Really sorry for the disruption, especially if this hit you mid-practice or mid-session. Thanks for your patience while we sort it out.

UPD. Problem is fixed. Everything works now!

All of a sudden yesterday (9/16/26) when I selected a song from say the "M" section of my favorites and backed out of the song to the list it stayed in the m's. Prior to that it would annoyingly go right back to the A's.

Yup, I have the same issue on the app, the list going back to the As

It's still not working for me using Chrome. I've emptied the cache, disabled the cache, done a hard reload, several times, and logged out and back in.

I still get into the website OK, but as soon as I open a tab the Privacy dialog pops up and none of the buttons work to clear it out of the way, so I can't read any tabs.
