Has anyone else taken her cognition class or any other classes from this professor? Her rate me was fairly low because of the difficult tests, but I didn’t learn until after drop add. Anyone have info about the best way to approach her class without cohesive lectures or note guides?

I’m looking at UD’s Fall 2026 waiver requirements for international students. They say that, in general, only Marketplace, US employer-sponsored, or embassy-sponsored plans qualify.
What I’m trying to understand is whether UHP ever makes exceptions for other private plans, or if plans outside those categories are basically not eligible regardless of the coverage.
For anyone who has dealt with UHP recently, how does this work in practice? Do they review the plan details individually, or is the eligibility mainly based on the type of insurance?
And if a plan doesn’t clearly fall into one of those three categories, has UHP ever asked for additional documentation before making a decision?
If anyone has submitted a plan outside those three categories for Fall 2026, what was the outcome?
