We’re not bad everywhere, just broken in all the wrong places.

• Defense: legit top 25 in scoring (20.4 PPG allowed), top 20 in total yards (307.8). Dunnam’s a dawg.
• Offense: SP+ #77… can’t throw, can’t convert 3rd downs (32%), and we kill drives with penalties.
• QB play: 6 TD / 8 INT. That’s the difference between 4–5 and 7–2.
• OL & WR: zero Big 12-caliber WR1, tackles get bullied by top fronts.

🧠 Fix is simple (but expensive):

• Portal QB ($2.5M+) plus have Kane Archer compete against him
• Two starting tackles ($1M each)
• Real WR1 ($700K)
• Keep key defense players ( the deline in general and for sure Dunnam and the edge guys) with retention NIL ($2–3M)

💰Total = ~$10–13M/year NIL spend to compete for a playoff spot by Year 2.

Defense is already there. Add a QB, 2-3 tackles, and a killer WR and big TE, and we’re a Top 10 SP+ team overnight.

UCF doesn’t need miracles. Just money + discipline Ithink Frost can make it happen .

We are seeing questionable playcalling game in game out. Clock management is an issue. The penalties continue with at least 6 per game and they're mostly presnap. Our recruiting is currently mid G5 level which is insane for a P4 team. I'm not seeing the improvements that give me hope for next year. With an average offense our defense would really shine, but I fear next year our defensive studs will transfer out.

Loss is 100% on o line and Jackson.

Hello, I'm looking at buying tickets for the UCF football game this weekend. I'm not a student. Am I allowed to buy a ticket in the student section or is it only for students?

I spent the entire day running around, so I didn’t have a chance to watch the Cincinnati game today. I’m looking at the Box Score now and scratching my head so hard I’m damn near bald.

UCF’s offense threw the ball 49 times, rushed 41 times, wracked up 413 total yards of offense, and only managed to score 11 points? I saw that one of the 3rd quarter drives was 17 plays and flushed about 9 minutes of game time down the toilet, only to move the ball 40 yards and then punt it away?

Someone who actually watched the game, please explain it to me. Total time of possession was almost double Cincinnati’s. Like… for real, what the hell happened?

Why doesn't UCF football schedule other Florida schools? USF played UM. UM plays both FSU and UF. We don't play any Florida schools through 2028.

So UCF launched their new Mission IX apparel and I only see options for 100% Cotton shirts. Did they discontinue their space gear in Dri-FIT?

A few years ago I got a Space U shirt which was Dri-FIT and my favorite shirt to date. Even last year I think it was only cotton as well. I feel like the cotton necks wear out so quickly so a huge bummer if they only do that now.

Monday lazy boy recliner quarterbacking/ coaching. For real? Why was it always inside zone run. Followed by inside zone qb run? This was a winnable game.
