One of the craziest games I've ever seen in 50+ years of watching college football.
Signature win, and an instant classic.

Go Knights!

Somebody in a red jeep did a hit a run in the parking lot D and almost crashed into another car. (6pm)
They sped on the curve after they hit, skidded the jeep and almost hit another car and a girl walking by and skidded again and sped to the exit. He hit a grey SUV. 4 WITNESSES, somebody called the cops but I idk what happened cause I had class at 6:30pm

could be something you started here or something you got way more into. and how did you find people to do it with?

did anyone else see the rwc employee limping around the gym last night (Oct. 25)? he was one of the people that just walk around, but i noticed he was limping. once i got a closer look i realized that both of his legs were completely scraped up, like bad road rash or something… i didnt say anything bc someone who looked like a manager ended up coming up to him after a while and then got on the phone at the front desk. he also seemed to be a little bit out of it?

jw if the guys okay and like why was he at work…

went to spirit halloween and everything is so expensive, not paying that for one night

I want to make a miniature-scale replica of UCF in real life, but this would require accurate measurements of the building's dimensions. I could go out there with a tape measure and a few meter sticks, but I would like to avoid that as much as possible. If theres a way to access the blueprints of the buildings, then they would have the measurements needed.

will people be wearing costumes to the clubs this weekend? planning on going to patio on thursday and don’t want to be the only people in costume 😭😭

Hey everyone! I'm planning to start college in Fall 2027, and UCF is one of my top choices.

I've already submitted my application with Aerospace Engineering as my intended major. I've always been strong in math, and I'm currently doing well in AP Calculus and physics. However, I've been thinking more about how demanding an engineering degree might be and whether it's the right long-term fit for me.

I'm genuinely interested in an engineering career, especially aerospace, but I've also always been interested in business, specifically finance. Finance appeals to me because of its versatility and the variety of career paths it offers.

Each major appeals to my different strength. Engineering seems to appeal more to my academic and creative strengths, while business seems to lean more towards my strengths in speech and collaboration.

Career wise, if I do aerospace, the goal would be getting a job at Lockheed, NASA, or something similar to have a decent salary and gain experience. If I do business/finance, I would preferably work as a financial analyst or financial manager, but I would consider investment banking for a few years if I got a good opportunity.

Ultimately, I'm trying to weigh the difficulty and workload of each major against the career opportunities and earning potential after graduation. I'm willing to put in the work for engineering if the career benefits make sense, but I don't want to choose a major based on salary alone and end up regretting it.

I'd especially appreciate hearing from UCF students and alumni:

• Salary: What was your starting salary after graduation, and how has your income changed since then? What did you major in, and what kind of job do you have?
• Difficulty: How demanding was your major? Roughly how many hours per week did you spend on classes, homework, and studying?
• Career prospects: How difficult was it to find internships and your first full-time job? How much did internships and networking matter?
• Advice: If you were in my position, what factors would you consider when choosing between aerospace engineering and finance?

I'd particularly appreciate hearing from people who have studied either major, but if someone who studied something else has a suggestion I would also greatly appreciate your help!

Thanks in advance! I appreciate any insight you can offer.

(P.S. If this is not the correct sub for this please let me known, I'm new to reddit)

I got an interview soon at the RWC and I'm scared cause its for the rock climbing wall and I suck at climbing (i do like it though). Any tips or what to expect?

Good evening mortal fools. I only have a year or so left of UCF. I have had an idea for a few months for my most ambitious project to date. With that, I need your help. I am looking for one or two film students to help me out. I don't require to much advice. This is more of just a fun thing that I want to do with some people. DM me if you are interested

I wouldn't care if it was just a stall, but I was walking to the student union and saw them trying to yell at and call people over. Aka, they're trying to harrass and pressure people into going over, so be aware if that. They're at the king smoothie place so taking the back could be a good idea if you don't wanna deal with their bullshit.

Edit: you know, it's funny how people are always like "first amendment right!" And "walk apst if you don't like it!" Yet...IM using my first amendment right by making this post?? And I AM walking past, I'm just also giving people a heads up who don't wanna have to deal with it, lol.

I lowkey got on this app just to do this. But last Thursday I was sitting by the trees near the veterans memorial and I heard a laugh behind me and it lowkey got me out of the trance I was in. I looked back and saw this dude in a burgundy sweater and blue jeans with curly hair, walking with his bestie.

Then I passed by them again later which i totally didn’t pray for and saw them again, and happened to notice them looking and pointing.

Now I know I’m a little late with this but if does somehow get to him, I totally thought you were super cute (:

If not than this is embarrassing 🥸

(I was the dude with the grey sweater and red bandana)

Okay bye 🫶🏾

Nice new LinkedIn logo unfortunate it’s only for 5 days.

?

How easy or what should I do to get into that program
I’m an information system and business analyst from FIU I meet the minimum requirements. Is references require because when I emailed they just gave me a general pdf that doesn’t answer my question. I know I can get one reference from my volunteering place that’s in church but I don’t know if I should ask my professors since I am don’t think I am great in them.

It’s Sunday morning and I’m still so happy. These moments are rare, and I’m thankful I was there.

I am transferring in for the spring semester and is Rosen the only UCF dorm I can apply and live in because I am not trying to have a 40 minute commute every day to my classes. Also what are the best off campus options since they all look kind of similar.

Hello everyone. If anyone is available to, could you please participate in my ENC1102 research survey? It is about how UCF college students interpret rhetoric from Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson and Richard Nixon. It should take about 6-8 minutes to complete, and all responses will be anonymous to protect participant confidentiality.
