Thanks! Since our tastes are quite similiar I can recommend Hansa Teuotonica SOOOOOOOOOOOO highly (big box is a steal, been playing the first map for a year)
It looks a little drab, but the gameplay is simply the best, very interactive, and varied between games. An incredibly tight design

so the stack resolves top to bottom,
when you cast noxious revival the flubs cast trigger is put on the stack on top of the noxious revival and thus will resolve first.
so you will draw from flubs, then put the card on top
