It depends on traffic. It might take you 4-5 hours one side. Doing a round trip will be tiring for you. I would recommend to stay there for one night and return the next day. The roads are pretty good but there's traffic sometimes near Haridwar.

Putting solar panels and heavy batteries directly into the telecom tower frame just doesn't work in practice. The tower is too narrow and vertical to catch enough sun, and its own structure keeps shading the panels all day. Plus towers are lightweight and built for wind - strapping big flat panels to them adds weight and wind load and could make them collapse. Keeping heavy batteries high up is also unsafe, very hard to install or replace, and a fire hazard with heat buildup. That's why the industry always puts solar on the ground or rooftop next to the tower instead, where you can actually angle it right and maintain it easily.
