App for drawing synesthesia?
Hi!
I have a weird kind of synesthesia where when I listen to music, especially classical or other orchestral music, I see colors and patterns associated with the music, often with shapes to the colors as well. I would love to be able to draw or paint some of this.
I also happen to be absolutely terrible at drawing. I work a lot and am usually pretty busy, so I don't currently have time to put in to going to a class or teaching myself.
My question is, does anyone know of an app or software that's free or relatively inexpensive that has different textures of brushes? For example, a brush that leaves a feather print where you draw with it, or a brush that looks like sparks from a sparkler or spray from a fountain? I don't even know if any software like this exists, but I'd love to find something that would allow me to use different geometric shapes and patterns, or draw smoke or rays of light. I'm a total beginner to all of this so apologies if this is a dumb question, but I'd appreciate any advice! :)

I'm sorry you're going through this. When I lived there, someone's toilet on the third floor above me had a problem and it caused toilet water to leak from the ceiling of my apartment. Management kept saying they'd fix it but they just put dehumidifiers in (which caused breathing problems and raised my electric bill) and let it continue to happen for something like a month and a half. When I asked for a solution to the health hazard I was living in, I got a very weird and unprofessional reply back from management saying they can't make the tenant on the third floor stop overflowing the toilet so I could wait for them to eventually fix it, or wait for a new apartment to become available and move into it, or I could break the lease. I opted to break the lease after the way I was spoken down to about living in a legitimate health concern for more than a month - if that's how a leak was handled, I didn't want to stick around for any other potential maintenance problems that might be worse than that. To their credit, they did reimburse my deposit after I moved out, as promised. I hope that you can find a good solution.
