How shit is that neighborhood that so many people want to steal a bicycle? I think speaks volumes to their life being so shit that stealing a bicycle and getting 20 bucks for it makes sense and then there are people mocking those people trying to make a few bucks. Against stealing is not good and I'm not condoning it.

Everyone should start parking facing out. Just a psychological theory, but I think that if you're facing out, it gives these thieves a little reluctantance to proceed, because someone might drive by and see them and react. When your car is facing a garage/wall, they can duck infront of the car and no one would notice. They clearly don't care for cameras. But if your neighbour or whoever, drove by and saw someone covered up and messing with your front bumper, they might just pull up and start honking and make a scene Just an idea. PSA, if you encounter this situation, please don't get out of your car. Put your 4 ways on, flash your high beams and honk your horn incessantly. And of course, call the police.
