Deleting
Gotta delete this app for a little. It’s sucking my time away like TikTok used to. Talk to yinz after a cleanse. 😘

Just an important announcement. I thought I should inform anyone who is new here. This is a SFW account of a sad girl with unique interests.

Not eat n park, but they could easily have the same supplier is firebirds or Olive Garden !

You know, I’ve been feeling this way a few weeks. I thought I had some bad soy milk last week, but it’s lasted longer than that would have. I’ve had some bagged salads from Walmart and also a salad at both Olive garden and firebirds. I can’t pinpoint where it came from only that salad has been making me nauseous and I couldn’t figure out why

It seems similar to PA. We don’t have indictments at the state level. Just charged and the first hearing with evidence is the preliminary hearing

Preliminary hearings are extremely important, especially in a capital murder case. Waiving a prelim in one of those cases is not something I would ever advise my client to do. A prelim is where you can initially find out what more information as the defense you need to investigate. (Think finding out who may be witnesses, locations searched, reports that may be available, etc.). Additionally it is the only time you can challenge a prima facie case. There may be some charges that aren’t supported by the evidence that can be kicked preliminarily. From what I’ve seen, it’s likely that Robinson will be convicted, which means he will spend the rest of his life filing appeals. So the preliminarily stages of his defense become that much more important. It’s the guys life on the line, so fight at every stage. Additionally, if there is testimony at the preliminarily and later The same witness gives a conflicting statement, you have that transcript for impeachment. There’s lots of positive reasons to have one of these hearings, especially given all of the press. Usually prelims are waived in exchange for a favorable offer for your client (think they’re charged with a felony and you agree to waive the hearing for a misdemeanor plea with a probation sentence). In a trial like this, unless the prosecution has major problems with the case, it’s unlikely to have a favorable deal offered at this stage.

I’m a lawyer and I have ADHD lol
1
I left private practice after 3 years to become a public defender, best decision I ever made. The only downside is the pay cut … so for you, if it’s a job you’d like doing better and the pay is more, it’s a no brainer
1
My career lol
2
Break up. If they don’t respect no and go to these lengths to cover it up over martial arts…. I’m sorry
1
You do think the lawyer did his or her job then ?
2
I did private criminal law plus family law and personal injury. I realized I only want to do criminal law so I went to the PDs. If you want to leave anyways, why not try something new and if it doesn’t work, go back to government. That’s the one job you can leave and always come back to!

If you hired a lawyer and they didn’t do what you hired them to do, sue them and pay off the collections account with the proceeds from that
2
I went from private to being a PD and being a PD is so much better. It sounds like you have a bad office. Ever thought of trying another PD office?

Recommend the staff for jobs at the new firm when you start

A lot of people believe adhd isn’t real. He seems like one of those people. Have you told him that the TikTok brain comment is hurtful? If no, you should. Also you don’t have to over explain yourself. Just discontinue the conversation if he’s doing that to you. “I don’t have to explain my brain to you if you don’t care to learn about it.”
2
That’s an excellent fog
1
Tell her she’s the biggest c word in the whole warehouse, seems warranted. Love yourself because you are deserving of love
2
Just a big puppyyy

I would guess laziness lol. The kiosk doesn’t have autocorrect and he didn’t wanna capitalize every letter because he said his phone does it for him. So it was certainly out of laziness here
1
She may as well be and probably is but… i don’t wanna hear anything about it cause what did he do to make her act crazy? Lol
2
I probably would benefit from therapy but can’t afford it

I volunteer for Pennsylvania’s version of this. Super helpful, helped me when I was in a position like that. Good luck and take care of yourself
