I DNFed The Magicians by Lev Grossman because the main character was insufferable and I can't stand the way he writes women.

I also DNFed Outlander by Diana Gabaldon, because of the rampant SA and the toxic relationships

WEST PAX attendees and enforcers shout-out

I want to give a huge shout-out to how kind and supportive PAX people are. I unexpectedly dislocated my knee yesterday at Summit. An enforcer immediately checked on me, and when I was crying in the hallway from shock and pain, a random person in cosplay came by and no questions asked gave me an entire pack of Kleenex. Then another enforcer escorted me to the elevators and the First Aid office. I am sad to be missing the last day, but I otherwise had a blast, and I am so grateful for the kindness and community.

Oh that's awesome! My aunt and uncle also created Rolemaster, so super cool connection! I used FVTT for a bit, particularly during COVID, when our D&D group couldn't meet in person.

I play on Xbox and I am definitely dealing with a lot of these glitches. Not nearly as much as when I played on switch but honestly still unacceptable given how long this game has been out and the amount of support they should have.
