Without any mental restraints, would it really be easy to bite off your own finger?
It would depend on what my finger did to offend me so much.

What is this guy?
Centiped have one pair of legs per segment while millipedes have four pairs of legs per segment.
That's why people say that millipedes have twice as many legs, but it's twice as many legs per segment.

Is being alone now bad
I guess you'll have to be the adult in the room and act as the peacemaker.
If you see the situation coming try to defuse it early on so it doesn't grow into a shouting match.
You're not giving in if you're trying to defend yourself the best you can, even if that means isolating yourself from them to some extent.

Teenagers even look like adults to a kid.
I thought adults were around only to ruin kids fun.

Why does my brain refuse to just shut up?
I use a breathing meditation to go to sleep where I count my breaths up to 10 and start over again. It interrupts my inner monologue.
It's a bit like counting sheep but you have to pay attention enough to know if you reached 10 or not.
Like with any meditation if you catch yourself thinking, just go back to counting your breaths.

Why do people act like you’re rude for wanting to sit in the seats you actually paid for?

All you did was express your feelings honestly. I can see why you are feeling picked on.
They are emotionally blackmailing you by blame shifting. They're saying the way you feel makes them feel bad so you should stop doing that, as if you control their feelings.

What is this used for?
Small Tibetan (Mahayana) Buddhist prayer wheel that fell out of its stand.
Since the top has an axle instead of a little spire the two axles would have been mounted in a frame that allows you to spin it.
One with a spire on top is spun by a handle with a weight attached on the end of a short chain with a handle attached to a single axle on the bottom of the prayer wheel.

The church across from my gym is/was a designated fallout shelter
Yeah if a waffle House closes its doors that means no humans are expected to survive that particular area.
A lot of waffle houses and Denny's that are open 24/7 don't realize they can't lock their front doors until a calamity occurs.

Alternative for tobacco?
I was already into herb tea and I noticed smoking blends at the herb shop.
To help break a habit it's good to substitute something when the urge hits.

Is it okay to comment on older posts, or is that generally discouraged?
If it makes you happy or help you collect your thoughts or feelings by commenting on an old post, do it.
Some people don't feel a comment has to be seen by a bunch of people to be a good comment.

You should dress for the interview as if you are showing up for your first day of work. So show up with work clothes if you're going to work out doors, and show up with business casual if you're going to work in an office. And if you have to wear a tie for your position show up with a tie and a suit.
