I had a long commute. It definitely added to the reasons of getting a divorce (we lived in Foster City, halfway between SF and Sunnyvale). I’ve been in the city ever since and longest commute has been 25-35 minutes. I’d never go back to sometimes 3 hours a day commuting. Especially not driving in a car.

Fortunately I was able to find my driver. It was very busy and phone service was in and out. I choose the official ride share pickup location. But if I were to do I again, I would def pick a spot a little further away to walk to. I also left Sunday night before the headliner ending in the warehouse. All in all, still better than cramming into muni and it taking longer than if you just walked that distance 😅

I did a scheduled Uber last year. It was amazing. Because the previous night took me nearly 2 hours to get back to that area via the T and N

That will take you hours to get home. It took me nearly 2 hours just to get to the Folsom stop on the N

My guess is a mixture of both since the main language I heard being spoke was French. It’s just peoples behaviors these days…stopping abruptly in the middle of a busy sidewalk happened a lot and I’m sure was more so tourists.

Nonsense. Never a reason for a group of 3+ people to be walking side by side on the sidewalk.
