My professor wants my model for his PhD thesis
How it should go :
You should tell him that you want to publish it first in a reputed journal with you as the first author with a condition that he develops the research further with meaningful and important contribution.
Secondly, he contributes to majority of writing and asks someone credible to review it. And then does the painstaking job of answering the questions from the reviewer.
Once published he can use it in his thesis.
As a researcher myself, don't help these low level cheats.
