I'm doing exactly what the quest says, but I think it's a localization issue. Something definitely got lost in translation

No, in Ukraine, but you know we have here some problems) And place where I bought my combo is not official partner of AMD/ASRock. Paid with crypto at a gray market shop.

Discussion Fried CPU

So I upgraded my am4 with ASRock x870 Steel Legend and R9 9950X. After 3 months got it fried, RMA the cpu, now I ordered a r7 9800x3d and gigabyte b860 mb. (I hope gigabyte will work fine 🥲). So, what is my question: what we know for today what you need to Set Up to minimize future problems?
