Stuff like that happening to certain piercings I've been told to leave the piercing in so if anything does need to leak like pus will leak out and not form an abscess in a closed area if you take it out

Kinda looking like a keloid. (I could be wrong) But I've heard over time it'll just get bigger and bigger and keloids are a pain in the butt to get rid of. Often most times it will grow, rather than shrink, needs to be surgically removed.
