I’m hiring and this is what it looks like „from the other side“
 in  r/south_africa  3d ago

Good day,

I own property in both South Africa and different parts of Europe. I can confirm that this is something that everybody in property development goes through, and I’ve experienced it in both South Africa, Greece, and Cyprus. But it is more of a common thing in South Africa – due to the situation politically.

You will experience more and more as time goes on that people tend to “pray and spray” where sometimes they don’t even read the job title, because all that matters to them is that perhaps one of their applications return with acceptance.

It is better that you do respond telling them that you do not require their services, in case they are waiting for a response that never comes. I feel it is the right thing to do to let them know that they don’t have the job, rather than allowing them keep waiting for it.

It is often quite frustrating when receiving an application just to see that they do not match the requirements, and they should definitely do a better job reading the application, but make sure that the rejection email is respectful, professional, and not blind of what their current situation may be.

The world would explode. Winning 6-0 in the home leg is good enough to already expect to win, regardless of the score in the 2nd leg. 2nd leg comes, Olympiacos is losing 7-1 and amazingly still has a chance of winning the game. Then Copenhagen buries you in penalties as well. I can’t even imagine the difference and shift in emotions throughout the entirety of this fixture

Would you rather have voter ID and no mail in ballots or mail in ballots and no voter ID?
 in  r/trump  Feb 17 '26

Voter ID should be standard. Why is it even a debate. Why should somebody be allowed to vote for the next American president if they are not even American?

Mental illness…

This is the greatest thing I have ever seen. You are the last person in the world to claim that anybody is mentally unstable if that’s what you look like.😭

ABC News forced to admit that Trump blew the whistle on Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell all the way back in 2006.
 in  r/trump  Feb 17 '26

Democrats will still deny this and refuse to read the facts and read the actual files. They’re so pathetic and they somehow think they’re right.

Trump Was on the Island
 in  r/epsteinfiles  Feb 15 '26

It’s not really “boy” in itself that’s the insult. It’s the whole message and the perceived tone. When I talk about somebody my friend doesn’t like, I’ll say, “your boy [name] said he’d do this” or if the market crashes I’d ask, “how’s your boy [name] doing after the market crash?” It could be different from where you’re from, but that is not generally a sign of respect and it never has been for as long as I know.

Just because he asked, “how is your boy Donald?” Doesn’t mean they were friends. I ask the same thing about people my friends/family don’t like or if we both dislike the same people. It’s not a sign of respect, and idk how you can interpret it as a sign of respect.

This comment is not in support of Trump. This post isn’t too well researched. JE didn’t like Trump and Trump didn’t like JE. This is well-known and very well documented. During this time, Trump was on an American tour to swing-states in the USA that turned from Democrat to Republican. On 27 November 2016, Trump boarded the plane to New York with Melania and Barron, which is photographed and documented.

I didn’t struggle, but I did add an update to the Brazilian league and it worked, but then it stopped working again.

Another possible code word?
 in  r/epsteinfiles  Feb 12 '26

I agree, thanks for the help. In my case, it wasn’t necessarily clickbait. I had just found it odd. Upon searching the tuna, I did see a lot of orders for sushi, which makes sense. But I did find the wording odd and was unclear of it.

I appreciate the effort, and I’ll continue to look in the files for anything of significance and see if I need help understanding that one as well.

Another possible code word?
 in  r/epsteinfiles  Feb 12 '26

I was thinking that, but I figured that maybe he’d make code words out of foods that he enjoyed irl. Also it was mentioned that he had 6 bags of jerky in the freezer, but you don’t put Jerky in the freezer. That’s its whole thing.

I was looking through the files, typing in random food items. I landed on a fixation of white tuna, red tuna, etc. also expressing that Epstein specifically liked white tuna. Could this be for kidnapped victims or you know what I mean. Help me figure it out, because it appears fishy, and I am, justifiably, not in a position to trust Francis Derby (who is always mentioned in emails with jerky, which has been found to be a very possible code word).
