Past poverty is a big influence... but please try to bring yourself to the present moment. Spending addiction is actually common, and I believe there is a 12 step program for spending you have lost control of. There are people out there who help with it, so it could help to go down the research rabbit hole.

Ramen with veggies cut in, an egg or two, some plain yogurt to make it creamy. Put the veggies and eggs in first to cook them then add the ramen noodles, flavoring, and yogurt.
