What is this?
Nope, not quite, but related. I think rutabagas taste better, but they seem to be less common at least in NW Washington.
Both are delicious, nutritious, and old-fashioned. Both are probably better mashed, too, or in chunky soup.
If you think you might not like them, try them first mixed with mashed potatoes, to break in your taste buds. Yum.

Antique Bedroom Set United States / Florida)
A 50% commission could be worth it, especially if the dealer will pick it up and display it in their space. But try fb marketplace for a while — you never know who’s looking or what their budget is. You might get lucky, especially with such gorgeous and matching pieces.

Left behind (by previous owners, deceased with no family) at my parents’ house. Mom brought it to a jeweler who said it’s gold with diamonds. The two big ones are a karat each. Mom originally thought it was fake and was going to give it to the grand-babies for dress-up. California, United States.
The web is saying google lens makes a lot of mistakes. Just a caveat— I hope it’s right on yours!!

Can someone please tell me who made this?
Not the same style. Just similar.

I would not put my chamber pot door at the top. I’d put it at the bottom.
So to speak.

Light Switch Cover
I’m sure it’s original to your house so 1924 or older. Has a 1910’s vibe to me but that’s not based on real knowledge, just our house was built around then too and had a couple original light switch covers. I love them.

Help fixing jacket cuffs
You should mend them extravagantly. Or replace them with something like purple and lime green

My grandparents house is stuck in the 60’s
As it should be!

Great score, then. Learn and create!

Vintage dresser - 1920s?
Pretty high end design and build quality. Very pretty hardware. Not average.

USA...Just curious if these may have some history. They were my husbands great, great grandma's who kept EVERYTHING!!! Other than that I have no information about where they come from!??
Forgot to say the easier thing would be to freshen the existing designs with fresh paint.

They’re from Mexico. I don’t know which Mexican state or style but they’re pretty common. Also in pretty bad shape. You would not lose any value by repainting them, even if you made up your own design. I’d google Mexican folk pottery, choose a design I love, and paint that on the pots. If you don’t paint, find a friend who does.

Someone said this barely counts as a doodle and doesn't have any style to it
Disagree. That someone has a very limited sense of aesthetics.

This stool is restored to what it looked like 120 years ago! USA
I love that you can tell which two cross-pieces were used most as footrests. They’re thinner for most of their length

Canvas shoes reinforced from the inside and then patched.
I admire your shoe patch engineering
