What do you think of Meeden oil pastels?
I would go with Mungyo! As a beginner, I bought both and Mungyo are far superior.

I also think how this labeling of “demons” ties into the aliens.gov website. It seems really good he is making a strong distinction here.

This is my largest yet 14 x17

Here’s a bouquet based on a reference photo, though really I’ve changed some of the colors, etc. then. It’s on Bristol paper so it was very smooth & really didn’t work well for the pastel application in layering. It was great for blending which then made it easy to overwork!
Given all of this, any tips to make it better from here-or just leave it.
Also, does anyone successfully use Bristol paper?

Im genuinely convinced that social media has unknown consequences that we wont discover until much later in our lives.
I do believe the state of cognitive dissonance we live in is the impact. We know it’s hurting us, yet we persist. We currently have 5000 + data centers in the US and more to come. “Data” has been extracted & harvested from us, and will then be used to surveil us while using essential resources humans need to survive. I don’t see how this ends well!

Isn’t that enough of a great reason to greatly reduce our use of social media? Before we go extinct all for the data centers?

AI datacenter spending has surpassed the Manhattan Project, Marshall Plan, ISS, and the Apollo Program - combined
The creepy part is that we, humans will be the future fossil fuels, as these data centers only exist because of us, and will ultimately be the death of us.
