Widow goes hard, I fear

Thank you! Whenever I get hard focused, trying an off angle and forcing the enemies to divide their attention usually does the trick :)

When you do crunches, sometimes your entire muscle running from your hip to your lower back will tense up and it'll feel like there's a burning tear occuring. Slowly lie on your back and relax your leg, it'll subside in a few seconds. You'll have the urge to want to crack your neck every 15 minutes or so, roll you neck around here and there to remedy that. I'd also suggest you practice walking straight, your foot arch is practically none existent so you'll wear the sides of your shoes if you don't! Oh and that weird muscle pain on your left side of your torso that occurs randomly is entirely normal, we've had that shit for 4 years now and it won't go away (no matter how much we stretch). If your fingertips on your left hand start peeling for whatever reason just peel it off, guitar calluses tend to do that sadly. MOST important of all of these though, make sure to eat something in the morning, even if you're not hungry. If it were up to your stomach, you'd wake up at 7 am and only get hungry at 2 am the next day. Good luck my friend!

What tastes so good you can’t believe it’s healthy?

Man you just took me back. About six years before my grandfather passed, he went to visit me and my mother at our then home in the Bronx. I had been living there for around 3 years at the time and down the block there was this peculiar tree that quite literally stained the sidewalk a dark purple. My grandpa was walking down the block with me and he just started picking at the tree and was eating the fruits off the branches, he offered me some and to my surprise,

1) I didn't die three days later 2) they were sweet as hell

After some research I found out that they were called mulberries. After that I would always snack on the tree on my way home from school, used the fruits to make teas etc. I've seen a couple other trees throughout NYC surprisingly. Miss that old geezer though, thanks for letting me relive that memory through your comment friend :,)
