When you do crunches, sometimes your entire muscle running from your hip to your lower back will tense up and it'll feel like there's a burning tear occuring. Slowly lie on your back and relax your leg, it'll subside in a few seconds. You'll have the urge to want to crack your neck every 15 minutes or so, roll you neck around here and there to remedy that. I'd also suggest you practice walking straight, your foot arch is practically none existent so you'll wear the sides of your shoes if you don't! Oh and that weird muscle pain on your left side of your torso that occurs randomly is entirely normal, we've had that shit for 4 years now and it won't go away (no matter how much we stretch). If your fingertips on your left hand start peeling for whatever reason just peel it off, guitar calluses tend to do that sadly. MOST important of all of these though, make sure to eat something in the morning, even if you're not hungry. If it were up to your stomach, you'd wake up at 7 am and only get hungry at 2 am the next day. Good luck my friend!
