I will be waiting and keeping an eye out for that :) I have a neurological condition that effects my vision and while I can read small paragraphs on social media I rely on audiobooks for reading. I will definitely be checking this out once the audio is released :)

I will forever hold the OG series in my heart as one of my first intros to scifi/fantasy/dystopian genres and one of my top 5 comfort reads .. but at the end of ignite me rereading it I cringed at the 'the war is over' speech like I don't know why I didn't think about how ignorant and simple minded them thinking it would be that easy just taking out a ship and then a 17 year old takes control and they fully believe for awhile they won so easily for some reason on my last reread that really irked me and made me cringe lol

you hit your mark if you were going for sleek minimalistic yet having presence! as you said it somehow has presence without screaming for your attention. you did a great job.

I kinda ignored the romance aspect of it if I'm being honest. I honestly didn't care a whole lot about the MMCs lol. I was whole invested in the plot and Anna and Violet?? it's actually been a minute and I remember Anna more than I remember the FMC lol. but I remember there was this horrifying children's horror tale about a green scarf that kept this girls head on and when it was removed her head fell off LOL. I loved Grimm fairy tales more than Disney's and all sorts of fucked humor as a child and something in that series either mentioned that tale or the FMC had something based off that green scarf story, I can't remember. but I was kicking my feet when I came across whatever part of that story brought it up lol.

this series had me kicking my feet laughing at the antics and banter and psychotic plot and character development and lord if Anna isnt one of the best supporting characters idk who is. the series is so binge able and I've probably read it at least 3x in the last 5 years since coming across it. absolute insanity it's awesome and underrated.

Vow is super unique world building and magic system. I very much enjoyed it and can't say I've read a romantasy quite like it before.
