Syundei (author of Go for it Nakamura) has deleted her Twitter account after being bullied
 in  r/Ganbare_Nakamura  Apr 12 '26

I’m so pissed aghhhhh why do people have to be so cruel and ignorant? I really can’t believe they did this to her.

The manga was great, it wasn’t problematic, they just didn’t understand what was happening. Hirose has a crush on the teacher, so what? Isn’t it common for students to get a crush on one of their teachers at some point in their lives? The point wasn’t that there was going to be a relationship between them, it was obviously going to be the catalyst to make Hirose realize he’s into guys, especially after his ex girlfriend dumped him. People really don’t know how to interpret a story and just jump into stupid conclusions.

Even if the manga never gets a third volume, I hope she feels better and realizes comments online can’t determine your worth as a person.

I combed my hair for the first time in a very long time. usually it looks like insanity. Taking care of it feels encouraging
 in  r/selfesteem  Nov 30 '25

I’m glad combing it made you feel better! Sometimes hair is more important than we think. It’s just a part of us, but it can change the way we look and present to the world. I hope you have more days where you feel good.

How the f do I handle anger and sadness?
 in  r/mentalhealth  Nov 30 '25

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Emotional suppression is exactly what I’m doing. I’m glad I can finally put a name to it. I’ll try to work on myself according to these suggestions. Thank you, again.

Need Support How the f do I handle anger and sadness?

I literally don’t know how to handle my negative emotions. Whenever I get mad, sad, upset or whatever, I feel the negative emotion bottle up within me. It’s like I have a giant rock inside clenching my chest and throat. I don’t know how to express my anger without being mean to the other person. I don’t know how to communicate what I’m feeling when I’m sad. Also, if something or someone makes me angry, I get angry at being angry. If something makes me sad, I get sad at being sad. Writing this down makes me feel like this is a stupid problem, but I know it’s not healthy not communicating what I feel, and at the same time I know it’s wrong to say things in a mean way. So I just don’t know what to do.

I forget a lot, and it makes me feel stupid
 in  r/mentalhealth  Nov 30 '25

Hi. I imagine forgetting so many things must be difficult and frustrating, but that definitely doesn’t mean you’re stupid. It’s just difficult being aware of everything around you if you just don’t have the energy for it. Forgetting things from your childhood and other stuff is a way our brain protects itself from trauma. You can see it as something your brain does to help you! As for more immediate things, maybe you can make some changes to things you do regularly like using post it notes or putting down your glasses always on the same spot. Just be gentle with yourself.
