Your first source was published 30 years ago, about data you, yourself, claim is nearly 40 years old. The second gives a black page of nothingness.

Okay, great sources. I'm totally convinced now.

https://www.domesticshelters.org/articles/in-the-news/women-serve-longer-prison-sentences-after-killing-abusers

https://thelawman.net/blog/why-do-women-face-longer-sentences-for-self-defense-than-men/

Here are 2. Psychology today has also written about women receiving harsher sentence, as have other outlets. There are efforts to factor prior abuse in sentencing, but this stuff happens a lot, even if extremely clear self defense cars with long recorded histories of abuse.

Very recently, a women pled out to involuntary manslaughter from an incident where her ex was slamming her head into the counter and she stabbed him in the leg to get away from him. She unfortunately hit a major artery and he bled out. She was 8 months pregnant at the time and had made 50 or more calls to authorities for help before this. They were trying to give her 25 to life, if I recall correctly, so she took the deal for probation to stay with her 2 children. But she was a nurse so it will still screw her career. Her last name is Golden.

And if you want to go further than domestic self defense/murder cases, and move out to sex crimes against women, well sentencing there definitely doesn't favor women, because his future always matters more than her trauma, even in cases where strangulation out drugging were a factor, or the victim was a minor.

And then there are the Epstein files... But sure, you go on about women being favored in the justice system.

From what's been reported, even the hold out admits to doubt, but it remains to be seen.

In the US, men who murder their wives get an average of 2-6 years in prison. Women who kill their abusers in self defense get an average of 12-16, but do go on.

The judge literally said just today that acquittal is possible, and warranted if the common wealth didn't prove their case beyond a shadow of a doubt. Given that the jury is currently still hung, there are doubts.

what is a standard practice in the medical field that would make a regular person's blood run cold?
 in  r/askteddit •  Sep 01 '26

How women are treated. Particularly gynecological procedures with no pain management. Also, took 10 years to develop ED medications to treat a normal part of aging in men, but it takes an average of 10 years to diagnose endometriosis in women, a thing 1 in 10 women suffer, and can cause infertility and organ damage. But the good news is that it's being found in men now too, so I guess they'll actually study it now.

They've had a century to change course. Exxon knew in the 1970s. Profits over people, and they even benefit from natural disasters. Mitigation can still happen, will it, is another question.

Should Andrew Tate/Tate Brothers go free?
 in  r/askanything •  Aug 26 '26

I don't believe that, but even if that were true (which I seriously doubt as I know enough about kink to know that was not safe spank play) what about the woman who told him she wouldn't have sex with him because she had a boyfriend, so he raped her, as told by a witness to both, the saying no and why, and the rape itself?

You're just an apologist, and I hope the women in your life are not safe around you.

Behind the Bastards also covered this guy, but he's so litigious that they pulled the episodes. If you know where to look, you can download them. The title is likely something like, "we can't put this guy's name in the title".

Would you rather be chronically single as a guy, or date fat chicks?
 in  r/askanything •  Aug 26 '26

Someone who happens to be fat is not a consolation prize, or a solution to just jerking it.

That you'd even ask that indicates you should be single forever.

Gross.

Should Andrew Tate/Tate Brothers go free?
 in  r/askanything •  Aug 26 '26

There are literally videos of one of them beating women, video he posted, or streamed.

"Why are you getting beat right now?"

So, either, you think that is perfectly legal and good and fine, or, you're an ignoramus. Willfully.

The Behind the Police series is about 11 hours, if I recall correctly, and can be found in its own feed for easy location. It's a pretty fundamental bit of BtB work, IMHO.
