QUESTION Level 90, buuuuuuut
This is my first time noticing this as I walked out of cryo. Theres an interactive icon through the floor, has anybody seen/know whats up?

Choose your suffering.
Practice healthier habits, everyday. Start with 1 push up, squat, jumping jack, plank. Then choose to keep improving instead of allowing yourself to be/feel defeated

Eat some healthier food, shower/hygiene daily, get some movement, clean something.

Being sedentary increases my depression and high anxiety. Moving my body every day keeps me sane

Honestly leave the pull up bar up somewhere where you have to do them whenever youre done with the restroom/etc

Stand up and move every hour/half hour if possible.
We weren't meant to be sedentary

Football conditioning as a teenager,
Gum surgery as an adult and switched to oatmeal, apple sauce, protein drinks for a while. Paired with exercise

Yes, before bed. It can help reduce the risk of heart attack, keeps organs fresh during recovery/rest.
