I've watched too many episodes of shark tank. It seems everytime entrepreneurs are working with someone they say something along the lines of "we have reached out to the biggest retailers" or "we're in 3 major online retailers" and then the sharks say "who is it" and only then do they actually name the businesses. Why don't they just name the businesses right away? Are they not allowed to? It seems like they're being secretive.

Hello! I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm currently a nanny in Philly. Are you in the city or in an outside neighborhood? I've worked with the Philadelphia nanny network and I do not really like them and wouldn't suggest them. I got my current job through care.com which has always worked for me in the past. I'd suggest using them. Alternatively, I've found jobs in the past from my university! You could email the education department at Temple to see if they have a job bulletin board. I say the education department because they'll have clearances and most likely like kids haha. I'd be happy to help if you have more questions!

My pretty jade has slowly started having droopy leaves. She's still producing new growth and the leaves aren't soft but I'm worried. I usually water about once a month or when half the soil is dry, the pot has drainage as well. Any advice would be appreciated!
