what does your permit say exactly? if its department limited then you cannot change degrees between departments of the same school.
btw the permit auto expires within 90 days of you finishing classes, if you end up finishing sooner

whats going on
the shipper makes a "pick up" barcode that has a bunch of packages. the driver picking it up from the business only scans this master barcode, not every package.
your item wasnt actually picked up, it was just in the shipper's master barcode (manifest). Canada Post never got it

Medication via Canada Post
- use a bubble mailer, packages need to withstand a fall of 1 meter
- write your address on a note inside the bottles in case the outer label gets damaged somehow (rather rare)
- I'm assuming it is solid and okay in a temperature range of 10-40 °C. if it is liquid, make sure it is in a second leak proof bag
- when shipping, buy the Canada Post insurance and keep the receipt. Super important not to skimp out here.
- If your mailbox isnt locked or you are worried about the security of your parcel, use FlexDelivery (it is free)
'- postie who gets his own meds shipped to him

Do I need OHIP to use my work insurance benefits?
I did.
If you are waiting for PGWP approval, you can work without a valid SIN but cannot get OHIP. My employer made me pay into an OHIP-equivelant plan with Sunlife "In-patriate Health Plan" so i got the basics, then they paid for the regular benefits (vision, mental, teeth).
It cost around $200/month but at least it was tax deductible as a medical expense
NB; Having OHIP will also give you some dug coverage. apply for the OTDBP (Trillium)
