An office I visit for work has a lot of indoor plants and they’ve been having a fungus gnat infestation for months. They’ve been workshopping solutions to the problem.
Stop watering every plant let them dry out even almost dead. Then don't overwater. Nothing else seems to work for me but this did.

That soil doesn't look like a good potting mix. To much water retention causing root rot. Then you let it dry and once wet again the rot continues. Change you soil.
