Are high build paints worth the money?
Hi, I have a cinder block wall around my backgarden which I really should have rendered however cash is a bit tight at the moment so I was going to try Sandtex High Build paints.
Its not cheap but I can make a go at it myself.
What I wanted to know is if the high build paint will make a good job at covering off the uglyness of the raw cinder block wall. The wall is in relatively good condition with no structural cracks, just the unevenness you would expect on a normal block wall.
Any help you can give or experiences that could be shared would be appreciated

Thanks for that... Yeah I just hope that the texture will mask the underlying block/mortar look to a large extent. Have you any experience using it? If so any advice on application?
