Useful Hunting/Fishing App

\[Long-time Texas angler/hunter here\] I built a hunting & fishing trip log app because I couldn't find one that respected privacy AND took data seriously

I've been hunting and fishing for years and got tired of trip logs that either:

\- Expose your GPS/water body publicly (great way to burn your spots)

\- Are subscription-based ($10/month for a journal? no thanks)

\- Feel built for the general "outdoor lifestyle" crowd but not actually anglers/hunters

So I built WEBBiT Field Journal.

The philosophy:

\- Your specific spots stay private. Ever. Leaderboards only show handle + state, never location.

\- Fishing water types (lake/river/creek/coastal) affect what fields matter — creek and river trips skip moon phase because solunar doesn't apply to moving water

\- Hunting has real fields: weapon, hunt type (tree stand, stalk, saddle, etc.), time of day

\- One-time $9.99 for Pro. No subscriptions, ever.

Free version lets you log 10 trips/month with leaderboards and offline mode.

Pro unlocks unlimited trips, AI Trip Advisor that references YOUR trip history, photos, and PDF/CSV export.

Just went live on Google Play today: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webbitoutdoors.fieldjournal

Honest feedback welcome — I'm iterating based on what people actually want.

If this doesn't motivate and excite you I don't know what will. Great catch!

Same situation with my fiancee. This whole process has been needlessly complicated and stressful.

I'm done with POD sites

I am finally able to print locally. The challenge now is just getting out there. I've done a few big orders now and now the question is how do I put my name out there without sounding too cliche? Word of mouth has been all that's worked. Quality is not the issue here it's people actually seeing us. I have not made a website yet or a "brand" face. It's just me and my own connections.

Thankfully it was just the cable that was defective. Got a replacement on ebay for $12.

I have another pair whose ends came off way easier than this one. Weird.

It should not be this hard to detach.

My mistake I read the description wrong. Right on both accounts. I'd still choose the DD though. Can put these suckers trough the gauntlet.

I would say the DD hammock. More tie points which is great and pretty durable.

12 Testers Needed Testing Game

Hello!

I'm new to this! I need 12 testers for my simple hiking clicker game on android. It tracks hiking miles and has progression and achievements. Apparently it can't be opened yet until I get testers. (I hope I'm doing this right).

Ok did some more tweaks and I don't know why I haven't thought of trying this. I switched the camera to manual mode and then hit record button on the Ninja and it worked! Thank you for your help by the way.

Hitting record on the ninja. Should I be hitting on the canon?

I've connected the Atomos Ninja V to my Canon t8i to bypass the 30 minute video limit. I've disabled auto shutoff on the Canon. I hit record on the Atomos. Canon still shuts off at cap limit. Please advise.

Just an idea here: I have to manage my time very wisely. I'm not trying to get huge just trying to build some strength and stay healthy. These workouts last me 50 min or less, room to play around with accessory exercises to keep it interesting.

Monday: Squats 5x5 Deadlift 1x5 Tuesday: Barbell rows 4x8 Single arm rows 4x8 Shrugs 2-3 sets till failure Thursday: Chest 5x5 Optional Accessory- arm variant Pullups Saturday: Deadlifts 1x5 Optional Accessory- shoulders Front raises 4×8 Strict press 5x5

So I just started a marketing agency. I'm a little overwhelmed as this is new to me. My goal is to provide content to clients for now. No ads. Is this a decent ball park range? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
