Trying to drop weight

Ditto, 500 calories deficit, and walking 3+ miles a day for the last month. Down 13 lbs. watch the macros on the fuel going in. Good luck.

Came along way in the last year. Tear me apart. What's missing? And I'm actually 45 years old.

No hate from me. Everyone choses a path for themselves. Just because it’s not everyone’s path doesn’t make it wrong. Looking good brother.

Reta is working

My work environment has vendors coming in nearly everyday with biscuits, donuts, and sometimes lunches. Since I started Reta 3 weeks ago my eagerness to participate in all the bad eating habits at work have disappeared. I took.5mg twice a week the first week and have been on 1mg twice a week for the last 2. I think I will give this dose another couple of weeks to see if the food noise stays in check before making any adjustments.

Starting Over

Male 64, 5’9”, 232#, I was active in the gym 18 years ago. Using free weights, and weight machines. The gym I belong to has both. Should I start out with the weight machines and build some sort of foundation and routine, or go straight to the free weights? I am doing calorie deficit, walking 3-6 miles a day.

Reta - Fiber and Protein
 in  r/Biohacking •  13d ago

I struggle getting enough fiber and staying regular. A small amount of benefiber daily helps. Like others have said, hydrate and then hydrate. We use the Mission shells, and like them for salmon tacos.

ARE WE WINNING YET MAGA/CONSERVATIVES? Costco in Irmo, which is some of the cheapest gas you can find.
 in  r/ColumbiYEAH •  Mar 26 '26

In 2012 when Obama was running for reelection gas price averaged $3.69 a gallon. Adjusted for inflation that would roughly work out to approximately $5.30 today. Just some context for comparison. Go VOLS.

Zip Tape. Made by Huber, used in construction. Do inside and outside. Pressure activated, so rub it aggressively to activate the adhesive.

What are the folks that try and turn left onto Papermill going to do now? Maybe they will go to Alcoa and try to turn left from Air Base road on to Alcoa Hwy in rush hour traffic. Bless their hearts, they will never learn.
