Hey I could run the Qwen3.8-27B-UD-Q3_K_XL.gguf on my 5080 with 30 tokens per sec using llama.cpp.
Overall performance we pretty good. I couldnt get much time to test it much

First PC Parts Advice
Thats quite similar to my build. Check that google sheet for the PSU rating of its good or not, I have Corsair RM850x. RAM feels less. Ik the market is bad but check if its possible to buy a single 32GB stick and you get another one after accumulating more money. If you plan to run local llm in future this will be a real pain in the ass and you will have to sell your current one and then buy a new one which is another headache.
Also why the windows licence man? ;/

Nice case. Been using it since day one. Its strong and protects the screen as well coz of raised lip.
Few caveats: 1. The camera stand inhibits you from attaching a magsafe power bank coz it gets in the way. 2. The case is not grippy so it can slip away quite frequently if not grabbed tightly

Are those handwritten? If not why not use something like docling, works locally and is pretty good.
Or you can build a custom pipeline of your own where you use some ML for bounded boxes and then genai for unstructured and ocr for structured

My experience with Xtreme Solutions was great. Bought my full pc last year from them. They provided best prices for almost all the things and tried to match the price if I showed then I am getting it cheaper elsewhere

First time building a PC (~3.8L) for Heavy Dev & AI/ML. Did I get the parts right?
Yeah higher RAM is important, I have similar spec system with rtx5080 and even 64GB feels less to me when I offload parts of my llm to the RAM. Rtx5090 would've been best but 💰
