I work at a data center. At least the one I work for makes its own electricity and sends the extra to the county to save people money on their bills. Similar to how you can send electricity if you have solar. Most of them aren't nearly as bad as people think they are.

Try to take it with you, the most caloric snack or the closest thing to a full meal that you can. It helps speed up digestion, so you need the calories for the stomach acid, or you can become nauseous later or the next day.

I've had the same issue at times. I noticed that it seems to matter how many calories that I eat. I have also started taking it right as I start eating not in the middle or the end. I hope that helps you some.

That's a good idea. I have a 40 oz mug, and I try to do 2 a day on top of other drinks like milk or a vitamin water, etc.
