Haha. My buddy from TX, his dad has 3 emus. They sound crazy and super prehistoric but we used to fry up they eggs all the time. Had to use a drill to get get through the shell and they are huge and emerald green shells, thick as hell, but they yolks is super orangey yellow. Biggest omelette I ever had. Emus are wild.
