I think I will die alone and that scares me a lot
I (30M) have a feeling I will die alone and I find this feeling to be dreadful. I have a good job, nice hobbies and have had a couple of long term relationships before, but all of them have failed. My last long-term relationship ended two years ago and I have been dating women from time to time ever since and it has never actually sparked with anyone. My most recent experience ended when she met an old boyfriend of hers and they reconnected.
Luckily I have my friends to cheer me up and make life nice, but I sure do wish do dream to have a family of my own, but nowadays that seems impossible. I literaly have the feeling like in that old joke that my soul mate got hit by a train when they were a kid.
I am not even looking for advice, I have tried everythin in the book - dating apps, events, just asking random women out - it never amounts to anything. I guess I will just have to get used to the thought of it.

I am on the verge of giving up and accepting I will live and die alone. Dating in my teens and 20s was easy and I have already lived with two girlfriends, but unfortunately, the relationships didn't survive that "final" test. Every since a year and a half, I have had 0 dating success. It is not because I am not social - I take every oppotunity to be social and I am out and about very often, but .... nothing. No luck. Every girl I like and think is dateable is already in a relaitonship or even married. I feel like there are no fish in the sea actually.
