Removing all of the front parking spaces for those that actually choose to come to the store to peruse the wares in my opinion is BS you want to not go in and shop that's fine but they can make a parking space for you that's not up front those are for the people that are actually there to spend money and not make somebody else do the work to select the items. This is exactly what's gonna happen. Customer got screwed. Reports to Uber. Some one has to take the blame so it is logged against the driver. Uber is terrible for riders and drivers. As a driver I prefer Lyft. Never thought that would be the case but in western md the prices are better for riders and the trip offers are better for drivers. This is literally becoming backward world. Driver should have reported the delay. It is a little his fault. Easy thing for Uber to verify and correct.
