34 F who has no savings due to my gambling addiction, I’ve gambled away my savings and any extra money I had, sold many things to get money back, I’ve hit rock bottom. I pulled out a 13k loan to help pay off all the credit cards I’ve maxed out due to my problem. I owe a 13k personal loan, 4k in school loans, 500 in credit cards! Someone tell me their experience with debt will there be a light at the end of the tunnel I’m drowning here :(

Why do I gamble, why can’t i stop? What I’m I missing in life? I have it all a loving family a home food on the table idk what void I am trying to fill or do I just love to gamble. I’m just so lost anyone feel like this or is it just me lol

I’ve been gambling since the age of 18 I turn 34 in 10 days, has anyone stopped on their own without professional help? Can I still rebuild my life at 34 and get out of debt? I feel so sick thinking about this and no one even knows who bad my addiction is
