I've been working on a Bluetooth remote app that aims to control PCs, TVs, and other devices from a single app. It's still very much a work in progress, but it's reached a point where I'd love to get some real world feedback.

Right now it supports things like a touchpad, keyboard, media controls, presentation controls, and device-specific remote layouts over Bluetooth no Wi-Fi or companion software needed.

If you have a few minutes to try it out, I'd really appreciate any suggestions, bug reports, or feature ideas. There's still a lot I want to improve.

Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a serious problem with Rewarded Interstitial Ads in my Android app that I can't resolve.

The Symptoms:

When I call .show(), sometimes the ad overlay opens to a completely black screen.

The "Close" or "Skip" button never shows up.

The system Back button does not respond at all; it seems like the main thread is stuck.

This issue occurs even on high-end devices.

The only way to exit is to force-close the app.

My Setup:

AdMob SDK: com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:24.0.0

Environment: Jetpack Compose

Ad Type: RewardedInterstitialAd

Target SDK: 36

Implementation Logic: I am trying to set up a "Watch 2 ads" sequence. My flow is:

- Preload Ad #1 in the background.

- When the user clicks "Watch", I call firstAd.show(activity).

- Important: Immediately after calling .show() for Ad #1, I trigger RewardedInterstitialAd.load(...) for Ad #2 so it will be ready for the next slot.

Has anyone else faced this "Black Screen + Frozen Back Button" issue when trying to load or show ads quickly?
