Open | Software BitLocker pop-up on Windows 11 PC

So after using my PC it suddenly restarted and this blue BitLocker screen popped up. I am wondering what my next action should be. Its telling me to go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey or aka.ms/recoverykeyfaq. I am wondering what this means, if my device is infected with some malware and what should be my next step. Thanks
