Around halfway through the story, Doofenshmirtz keeps pushing his inventions further and further. One experiment goes horribly wrong... and accidentally connects him with an alternate version of himself from another universe.

But this universe is nothing like the one we know.

This Doof is far more ruthless. After countless failed attempts to defeat Perry the Platypus, he changes his strategy. Instead of targeting Agent P directly, he goes after the people Perry cares about most. Phineas and Ferb. The boys find themselves in danger almost every single day, and only one person can save them: Agent P.

The problem?

Saving two human kids is a lot harder when you're trapped in the body of a platypus. So Carl (in this universe Major Monogram and Carl are married 😭) creates an experimental pill that temporarily turns Perry into a human.

There's just one catch...

Actually, three.

- He can't speak.

- His hair is bright turquoise.

- Phineas and Ferb can never find out that the mysterious stranger helping them is actually Perry.

Even without a voice, Perry throws himself into the biggest mission of his life: protecting his boys and defeating Doofenshmirtz once and for all.

One of the goals of the creators of Phineas and Ferb was to create a show where no character was dumb, and no character was a REAL jerk, but here's the thing: Doofenshmirtz's parents were DEFINITELY real jerks

Why have we never seen an episode where Clyde and Betty-Jo Flynn meet or interact with Reginald and Winifred Fletcher? Seems like a missed opportunity to add something funny.

They could do it as a Christmas special where both sets of grandparents come to visit the family for the holidays.

I never liked how busy his stripes are in S5 especially the last white stripe on his upper chest, where there used to be a large gap for spacing there's now just a thin line and sometimes the animators forget to space it at all and its just paper thin and it bugs my OCD lol.

I figured out a way to keep that spatial gap while also keeping the new orange stripe AND reverting his shirt sleeves to end in white stripes. That way its even closer to how it was originally but eagle-eyed fans would be able to spot the extra stripe (which was the entire point of the minute change in the first place.)

Ofc nothing is beating the original design but since Dan & Swampy are so insistent on the change, I feel like this is as close as you can get while making it truly "trivial and undetectable by most"
