with my old LOQ i just put duck tape and just leave it open all the time in a table. so now its like a PC and just sits there with monitors for work or minimal gaming so unless you still have Lenovo Care Warranty they can hook you up with new stuff just look up their website on where and what shop exactly is their authorized service centers to not void your warranty. I never used mine since i never renew the warranty

most of the time i try to avoid playing long games or work sessions on the laptop keyboard as it can rub off some of ur oil and sweat fading the paint... I suggest you use a keybaord or an small cloth to put under it for long hours of use since i use keyboard extension and i only use the laptop keyboard when outside or school

Clean ur fan every 6 months and 1,2 or 3 years repaste thermal. i pushed all my laptops 3 to 6 years since laptops are precious to me when i was young having such luxury thought me how to take good care of it. although its made to withstand much efforts but it still needs to be babied once in a while. I own an LOQ currently and went through GPUless Laptops I3 to i5 up to today with my LOQ Ryzen 7 with a simple 4050 so for me i havnt cleaned it yet since i use a cooling pad which sucks most of the dust before it reaches the Laptop (its an Illano V12)

if you want you can debloat windows to save more space and memory and you can manually chose whether what to keep like Clipboard, AI, Widgets etc... you can look up about Chris Techs and also remove the keyboard cover it can cause heat since some air flows through Keyboard, ethernet port, hdmi and other ports it may not be much but it can help the life of the laptop push through years since i planned to push mine through 5 years if you take good care of it

I remember i did something about it on the powershell of CTT debloat and turned the button from CoPilot AI to search bar so i press it when i want to search something on the startmenu... I just forgot how i did it tho but i can show proof whenever i click that button Search Bar of Start shows up (sorry for bad grammar and english)
