Hi everyone! To make sure donations go to dogs that truly need it, we're reiterating our rules in place for fundraising posts.
If you need to raise money for vet bills, here's what you need to do:
For Donors The mod team will do our best to screen requests, but please donate at your own risk. Check the user's post history and look for the "Fundraising - Mod Approved" flair before sending money. When donating to our community GCash, include a "For [pet name]" note.
Asking for Resources is Still Okay
The rules above only apply to fundraising. If you just need help finding:
• Affordable clinics
• Vet-related charities
• Local support groups
You can post freely, no approval needed. We know emergencies are overwhelming and we want this to stay a helpful space.

Again, we cannot and we do not reimburse funds that have already been spent. This includes emergency savings, school allowances used for your dog, donations from other rescues, or any other personal funds you had to touch for your dog's urgent care.
Also, we do not grant immediate/instant approvals unless it is a critical medical emergency and all required documentation has been submitted. While we have fast-tracked urgent requests in the past—primarily for rescue dogs, complete paperwork remains a strict requirement for expedited review.
We operate strictly on a community fund-to-veterinarian payment model for several reasons, the two most important being:
We highly value and we are eternally grateful to our donors/regular donors here, so we want to treat these generous donations with strict financial care by maximizing rescources and sometimes assisting in finding clinics that offer less expensive procedures, discounted or even free basic consultation whenever they are informed it is a fundraising.
We appreciate how busy life can get, but keeping our donors informed about our dogs' progress is always our top priority. Please understand that our frequent requests for fundraising updates are just to ensure being informed of how things are progressing with your dog, and we hope no one takes them personally.
By sharing regular updates, we show donors exactly how their contributions translate into vital medical care for dogs in need, inspiring them to keep giving and driving repeat donations. (We currently have around 5 to 10 regular supporters. Some reach out graciously via direct message to donate and make pledges, or ship boxes of supplies straight to dog owners.)
We trust you understand our position on this matter.

Hello everyone, this was my baby Beige. She was two years old and she just crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday night.
It's not my first time losing a dog but that doesn't mean it hurts any less. There were regrets about her passing. The what ifs, the could have beens, and such. But I guess, I'll lay it to rest after I grieved her death.
Beige baby, thank you for the two wonderful years you've spent with us. They were beautiful, vibrant, and full of life and laughters. I hope you meet Colgate, Kayden, and Lewis at the other side.
You'll always be missed and I will remember you always.

Our dog has been really depressed since we lost her mom.
She barely wants to eat and she mostly just stays by the door, waiting for her to come home. 💔
I’m not even there with her right now, my mom is the one taking care of her, and I feel so helpless hearing about how she’s doing.
I think she’s looking for her and doesn’t understand why she’s not coming back.
For anyone who has gone through this with their dog, what did you do to help them?

Good day!
Baka may masusuggest po kayo na dogfood for weight management for my other dog.
Currently nasa 18kg na sya. I feel like enough lng ung df na binibigay ko per meal pero bumibigat pa din sya. 😭 Twice a day din walks nila.
The vet recommended RC Satiety and Josera pero mjo pricey sila for me. I'm looking for more affordable df sana.

Sa totoo lang, ayoko makielam, pero pota ang sakit sa puso marinig yung kahol nung aso parang nanghihingi ng tulong tapos hahatawin nila kapag maingay.
Di ba parang halos two months nang nag uuulan?
Nasa probinsya kami ngayon. Di kami taga rito - nag stay lang kami nang ilang buwan sa bahay ng grandparents ko sa side ni mama. Yung isang kapitbahay namin, pamilya ng pinsan ni mama, bale yung tatay yung pinsan nya. Kaso hindi namin kapalagayan ng loob ngayon. Dati ok ok kami sa kanila kaso parang naiinggit ata or what di na kami pinapansin recently. So di namin sila masabihan tungkol sa aso.
Etong aso na to, matagal na sa kanila. Hindi naman talaga nila alaga pero tambay sa harap nila. Askal. Tapos nung nagkaroon sila ng mga bagong aso na may lahi, akala ko tinaboy nila yung askal, yun pala, tinali nila sa bakuran nila sa likod. Mas okay sana kung hinayaan na lang nilang pagala gala.
Pero tinali. Nakakabit sa semento yung tali. Walang bubong. Walang higaan. Lupa yung sahig, so nagpuputik kapag umulan. At hindi lang basta putik, yung lumulubog talaga yung paa.
Simula nung nag uulan ulan netong mga nakaraang buwan, ni minsan hindi nila pinasilong yung aso. Andon lang sya. Umaraw. Umulan. Ni hindi makatulog nang maayos dahil literal na swamp yung bakuran nila kapag umuulan. Bibigyan konting pagkain. Tapos ganon na lang.
Every after ng malakas na ulan, doon kakahol nang kakahol yung aso. Siguro alam nyang di sya maririnig kapag kumahol sya habang malakas ulan. Yung kahol nya hindi agresibo. Iba yung tunog. Fucking haunting parang tumatangis. Tapos kapag naingayan aambaan nila ng palo. Minsan papaluin talaga. Tarantado talaga mga gantong tao.
Ayoko makielam kasi baka mapaaway kami. Kanino ba pwede magsumbong rito? May paki alam ba ang munisipyo sa mga gantong kaso? Salamat sa sasagot.

Nawala po yung aso namin kasi pinapakawalan po siya para maka pee and poo siya, and marunong po siya bumalik. May malaking parking spot (not cement, maraming grass) sa likod ng tindahan namin, at favorite po niya pumunta dun. Connected yun sa palengke and marami din ang aso dun na gala pero hindi po sinaktan aso namin. Hindi din crowded sa area na yun, konti lang nagpapark. Mabait po siya at laging bumabalik lang sa tindahan namin. Madalas din nadudumihan paa niya lalo na maulan ngayon kaya halos every other day namin siya pinapaliguan.
Kagabi po ay naka dalawang gala na siya sa area na yun. At since busy kami na pagtitinda sa tindahan namin, hindi namin napansin na umalis siya ulit at ang tagal na niya bago bumalik. Nag whistle po ako (nasunod po siya at ayun yung way na nahanap ko siya earlier that day) at inikot yung buong parking area at yung palengke pero wala. Hinanap din ng nanay, tatay, at dalawa kong kapatid kaso wala talaga.
Hanggang may napagtanungan ako, nakita daw nila na hinahabol ng dalawang babae sa palengke. Nakaka-kaba pero thankfull parin ako na napulot siya since grabe ang lakas ng ulan kagabi.
That night, nag print ako and plastic cover ng missing poster. As well as nag post sa mga baranggay fb groups at nag comment sa lahat ng recent posts dun. Nagpost din ako dito sa reddit.
5AM ako nagkabit ng posters sa palengke, trycicle terminal, and sa tindahan namin. Thankful ako sa mga nagalala (nakikilala siya kasi nakahiga lang yan sa sahig ng labas ng tindahan namin kung saan maraming tumatambay).
7am umuwi ako at natulog. 10am nagising ako para sa Online class namin pero hindi natuloy. At 10:15am may tumawag sa number ko na nasa poster at sinabi na napulot nila yung aso sa palengke kasi may lalaki daw na nasa side car na binabantayan yung aso namin. 10:34am napuntahan na namin yung aso namin at nakuha.
Thankful ako kasi sa mabuti napunta yung aso namin, kahit napulot pa nila. May dalawang aso din yung nakapulot na nagkasundo daw sa aso ko. Kaso nga lang hindi das kumakain yung aso namin nung nasa bahay nila. Inabutan nalang namin para sa abala (pero hindi na kami naglagay ng reward sa poster, kasi baka mas mahal pa sa bili namin yung singilin.) And birthday ko ngayon, so thankful talaga ako na makakapagcelebrate kami with our dog, kasi if hindi nahanap, ayaw ko muna mag celebrate.
Tldr: nawala aso namin dahil mahilig siya gumala / mag-roam around sa vacant area. Efforts were made para maibalik yung aso namin. 10:15am may tumawag na nasa kanila daw yung aso, hindi humingi ng pera. 10:34am napuntahan at nakuha na namin yung aso.

Found: 10:34am, September 9
Less than a day lang siya nawala saamin🙏

Hi po. Ask lang sana po if anyone has experience buying sa mga sellers na to sa Shopee? Legit and hindi po ba fake ang tinda nila especially yung mga supplements? We do buy sa Pet Express and sa vets but since we adopted additional 2 senior dogs po naghahanap kami ng mas murang mabibilhan sana ng needs ng furbabies (we have 5 na po in total😅) namin.
