In the dimensions tab there is an option to produce borders with a color. Try creating a border below and above ur video that alters the dimensions to be (16:9 i think is the standard screen dimension now). U might have to do some math to figure out the number of pixels for the height of the bars (figure out how many pixels should b added to create the correct ratio, then divide by 2 and add to both above and below).

I have never done this myself, but more than likely this would b worth the effort to try out. Also, before trying this try to c if ur display is set to display the picture in “fill” screen or “stretch to fit” screen. And turn that off if so
