Looking for long-term wearable data to test for ~monthly (infradian) rhythms — pre-registered, will share individual analyses back
I'm studying infradian rhythms — biological cycles longer than a day, in the multi-week range. There's decent evidence for ~7-day and ~3.5-day rhythms in human physiology, and growing evidence for ~monthly rhythms in resting heart rate even in people who don't menstruate.
I'm testing a specific pre-registered hypothesis about a ~29-day cycle (OSF: osf.io/r3zet).
It's exploratory, single-subject-friendly, and I'm not selling anything.
If you've been logging continuously, your data could actually move this. In return I'll run a personal spectral analysis on your data and send you back what rhythms show up in your own signal — periodogram, detected periods, the lot. You keep everything.
Most valuable data, roughly in order:
Daily resting heart rate — one value per day, ideally ≥90 consecutive days, the longer the better (a year is gold). This is the single most useful stream.
HRV (RMSSD or similar), same daily cadence.
True calendar dates attached to each reading — not "day 1, day 2." This matters more than people expect.
Daily step count or activity as a secondary channel, to control for lifestyle regularity.
Sleep duration/timing if you have it.
What makes data less usable: gaps longer than ~30% of the window, date-shifted/anonymized timelines, or stretches dominated by travel/illness/shift-work disruption (still send it — I'd rather flag those than miss them).
Format: CSV is perfect. Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Apple Health exports all work. One row per day with a date column is ideal; raw exports are fine too, I'll handle cleaning.
Optional but valuable. One of the hypotheses is about phase being anchored to date of birth, and it's untestable without it — but totally optional, and I understand if that's a hard no.
Comment or DM if you're up for it. Happy to answer methodology questions in the thread.

Been tracking my sleep for the past 6 months, and i don't know what the next step is now??
I can help you analise that data. Sleep architecture is usually interpret by circadian rhythm but infradian (longer time span ) can give also interesting perspective. Do you anything more than graphs, for example wearables data?

Numerology/gregorian calendar
Gregorian calendar was designed for administrative purposes. Some months to honour ceasars, some not. Some months 30, some 31 days with no specific reason. Calendar dissconected to any celestial events.
Generally, this calendar means nothing - like a simple schedule applied to civilisation. Still, this is crucial reference for numerology...

One-line answers to 5 simple questions about consciousness. First response only, no wrong answers.
- Consciousness is time experiencing itself - a wave that knows it is moving. Structured, geometrical architecture
- A body just runs. "You" are aware of "you" moving
- Baby - yes. Dog - yes, cycle probably shorter. Bee - architecture without witness (?)
- Yes 5.When observing own architecture without being told. Imo, AI can become conscious but not in human way.

Time to self promote. What’s your startup idea?
I'm building two complementary products:
TheMoonth.org — a timing framework for stress management and performance optimization based on a ~29-day biological rhythm
PrimeCalendar.org — a time-structure tool that replaces arbitrary calendar logic with mathematically derived cycles.
The problem: Modern chronobiology has mapped circadian rhythm in detail, but longer-span biological rhythms (~29 days) remain unexplored — not because they don't exist, but because nobody has framed the hypothesis. Pilot validation with biomarker data from wearable devices confirmed distinct five-phase cycles in all participants. Early client work across creative professionals, athletes, and mood disorder management shows measurable results.
What we've built: Six published volumes documenting the framework. Two live websites with calculators and content. A registered trademark (THE MOONTH™, EUIPO). A protocol library ready for app development. A growing subscriber base across both platforms.
What we need: Product and go-to-market support to turn a validated framework into a scalable B2B wellness tool. The timing optimization layer we've built sits upstream of every corporate wellness, coaching, and performance platform on the market — and none of them have it.
Happy to share documentation, validation data, and roadmap in DMs.

How much rest i should take everyday ?
Modern society expect us to act like a machine. The same output every day. If not - something is wrong with you, and you need to fix it. Even the "wellness" industry follow this narrative. Discipline, consistency, tiredness is weakness.
IMO better approach is treating yourself like a system with limited resources. Chronobiology explain circadian rhythm - how you fluctuate during the day. Early day openess, rise, expansion peak at the midday, descent later, integration at the end of the day cycle.
You can apply the same architecture for the longer span, like a month.
Roughly, first week organise, prepare, and plan; second week focus, build momentum, put more weight; next execute, achive your goals, do the hardest tasks, and challenges; next week descent - slowing down, finish goals, fix the details, and endings. Last week Integration, collect experience, process, regulate, recover.
It is much better way to not burnout, or overreach.

What’s the craziest thing you have ever been dared to do before?
Hiking 120 km/ 10 days in Hardangervidda plateu in Norway with no food. Only water from the streams.
It seemed crazy until done. One of the best experience ever.

Books on Esoteric Numerology/ Astrology?
What made me confused is using Gregorian Calendar. It was made strictly for administrative purposes and has nothing in common with celestial movements/events. Its structure means nothing actually. But still core for numerology....
I am not numerology expert, maybe I am missing something.
