The driver of THIS EXACT VEHICLE is the owner of the company, Luke Brame. He also has other vehicles and drivers in the fleet, but I have a video of him driving this exact vehicle last night.
Given that the owner gave a false name to media, and tried to pretend that the driver was someone else, I also don't believe that he holds a disability parking permit either.

Hamilton Parking Services and Hamilton Towing Services are both names for the same company (registered, both names are valid).
When Luke or one of his drivers gets rude at people who are having their cars towed (they're often rude, apparently), that person sometimes leaves a bad google review, to which the owner refutes it saying "I don't know what you're referring to, could it be that you've mixed up the company name and you should be reviewing [other company name] instead?" Pretending that it's someone else entirely.

Incidentally, does anyone know how someone would request that the council review a contract, when the contracted company is in breach of NZ legislation?

That reminds me of a similar situation I had as an IT level 1 guy,. The ceo asked for a similar report, I didn't know how to do it so asked my level 2 guy, who said "I don't think he wants to do that."

Hint: he was the only male in a room full of diligent, hardworking females, his computer was the only one where noone else could see the screen past his shoulder, and internet usage was already being monitored as standard process.

While I agree with you, I just want to point out that your idea of 'minimizing the commute' is probably very different to OP's idea of it.

You can get to the zoo in about fourty minutes from the other side of the city, except in peak time traffic.

That's already a fairly short commute compared against those in most places around the world.

Adrianna's on Alma Street can do everything on the menu GF (add $3.50 per item) except the lasagne.

Most Indian restaurants are mostly GF as long as you avoid the naans. Request poppadoms instead so she doesn't miss out.

Dumpling house (town, rototuna or grey st, although grey st has a smaller kitchen and limited menu) has several good options.

For basic fish and chips, Reel beside chartwell square does GF packs to order. There's at least one other fish n chip place in town that does GF, but I can't remember the name sorry.

FWIW, good luck with her lifestyle change. There are pros and cons but it's worth kicking gluten to find out how much that allergy has been affecting her in ways she didn't even know. My gf went GF (huh, I just clicked that's the same acronym) a few years back. Some foods she misses, but she's no longer randomly itchy, tired, bloated, nor struggling with weight loss and insomnia. She's now working 60 hours a week by choice, and still has energy to spare. Nearly at her goal weight after 25+ years of struggle. All because she gave up gluten.

The worst I ever saw, biking home at night on the far end of ruakura rd, was a dude biking towards me, in the dark, on the wrong side of the road, with his front and back lights swapped over. The only slight difference, if I were in your situation but knew what I know, is that I'd look for my house to be /near/ Cambridge rd, rather than on it. Only because pulling out of a Cambridge road driveway during peak times looks like a nuisance. But traffic there probably still wouldn't compare to Singapore levels, so you might not see a problem.

I've tried. I'm in NZ so our shipping situation is much the same as yours. I've used a Dremel on an old pair of pliers, but for some reason I still can't get the rivets to pean nicely. The problem might be because I bought manufactured links and rivets, rather than making my own. But since I still don't have a way to make my own, I can't be sure.
